e-PRO-  the only certification recognized by the National Assn. of REALTORS® for online proficiency in Internet marketing-  held by only 1% of REALTORS® nationwide!  80% of all buyers look online first!  (All 3 team members are among the 1st 100 e-PROs in Missouri!)

LTG- Leadership Training Graduate- a national designation with a stringent set of qualifications requiring participation in a variety of
leadership roles and training designed to help better serve her clients!

PMN-  Performance Management Network- a national designation requiring training in negotiating, networking, and promoting referrals- which benefit her clients directly!  (Barb was among the 1st 200 in the nation to earn the designation!)
