The Seller's Agent, Inc. is a real estate brokerage company incorporated in 1997. We represent sellers exclusively. We responded to the changing laws regarding real estate agency relationships and increasing public awareness of their need for specialized real estate services.
We work at showing and selling only properties that are listed for sale with us. Sellers employing our company to act as their agent in the sale of their real estate will do so with the knowledge that we will spend 100% of our selling efforts selling the properties listed with us.
This type of representation is best appreciated by sellers who have high motivation to sell their property. Serious sellers with time deadlines don't want to hear that the real estate agent they have listed with is spending the week showing property to a purchaser they are representing as a "buyer's agent".
An increasing number of real estate sellers want exclusive seller representation.
Good listing agents are a minority in any real estate office. They have qualities, skills, and work habits that are very different from the average real estate agent. A real estate office that has 10% or more of their agents that are good listing agents is fortunate indeed.
We believe that more and more good listing agents will become aligned with real estate brokerages offering exclusive seller representation.
